Questions and reflections

Lately I have been thinking more about what I want out of my photography. I don't really know the answer but I know as I am still trying to find my own style.

A photographer once said that, for the viewer, a picture should pose more questions than it answers. I like the idea that a picture should be observed with an inquisitive eye. The image can make the viewer wonder and spend more time with it.

This is in contrast with the quick and nonchalant way a lot of us look at thousands of pictures on Instagram these days.

So here is a collection that is a bit different; more day to day scenes and less landscape. I have taken these shots in 2024 in Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria. I hope they raise questions for you. Let me know what you think and ask questions!
